Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Indego Travel and Tourism LLC (the “Agency”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your bookings, travel arrangements and relationship with us as a licensed travel agency in Dubai. By making a booking or paying any deposit you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all bookings of travel arrangements, tours, packages, accommodation, transportation and other related services (the “Services”) made by or through the Agency. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the “Client”, “you”, “your”) and the Agency.
2. Booking & Availability
All Services are subject to availability and subject to confirmation by the relevant suppliers (airlines, hotels, visa agents, tour operators, etc.).
We endeavour to provide accurate information and pricing, but errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct any such errors.
Your booking is confirmed only when we have issued a booking confirmation and you have paid the requisite deposit or full payment as required by us or the supplier.
3. Prices & Payments
Prices quoted are based on the elements available at the time of quoting and subject to change until confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, the price does not include items such as visa fees, travel insurance, baggage charges, optional excursions, tips or personal expenses — unless explicitly stated.
You agree to pay the deposit or full payment when requested. If final payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and any payments forfeited.
4. Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change any part of your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, supplier conditions and may incur change fees and any additional cost.
Cancellation by you must be in writing and is subject to cancellation charges as imposed by us or the supplier. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
If the supplier cancels or amends a service, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and you may be offered alternatives, a refund or credit.
5. Supplier-arranged Services & Limitation of Liability
The Agency acts principally as agent for the suppliers of services booked through us. We do not operate the services ourselves.
We shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of any suppliers, or for any loss, injury, delay, inconvenience or additional expense you may incur due to their failure to provide wholly or in part the services booked.
In all cases our liability is limited to the fees paid by you to us for that booking.
6. Travel Documents, Visas & Immigration
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, passports, visas, health certificates and complying with the immigration, customs and other regulations of each country visited.
The Agency may assist with visa or documentation services, but accepts no responsibility if a visa or documentation is refused by the relevant authorities.
7. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance
You acknowledge that travel involves risk. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs, repatriation, personal injury, loss of baggage and other travel-related risks.
You must notify us of any medical conditions or mobility limitations at the time of booking so that we may attempt to make suitable arrangements, though we cannot guarantee all accommodations.
8. Force Majeure
A “Force Majeure” event (including war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disaster, health pandemic, weather conditions, government intervention, strike or other circumstances beyond our or supplier control) may alter or cancel arrangements.
In such cases, the Agency and suppliers may vary, suspend or cancel services without liability. Any refunds or credits will be determined in accordance with supplier policies.
9. Images, Marketing Materials & Itineraries
Brochures, websites and itineraries are for illustration only and subject to change.
Suppliers may substitute hotels, transport, excursions or other services with comparable alternatives if necessary.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with them.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
