By Car: Exit Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and take Umm Suqeim. The Burj Al Arab Visitor Center is located at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, following the signs.

By Metro: Mall of the Emirates is connected to many parts of Dubai and the nearest metro station. You’ll take a short taxi ride to the visitor center from there.

By Taxi: There are taxis all over Dubai and most of the drivers will know where the Burj Al Arab is. Just tell the driver you’re going to Jumeirah Beach Hotel where the tour starts.
